Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Manager (QC & CAMANAVA Area) to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory for our Logistics and Freight Forwarding client in Pasay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across assigned geographic or industry segments.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular client engagement and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the territory.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years experience in field sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience handling corporate accounts and B2B sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory coverage effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory in QC & CAMANAVA
