Responsible for managing strategic Commercial and Industrial client accounts to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. The role includes developing account strategies, negotiating contracts, onboarding qualified contestable-market clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The position works closely with Energy Trading, Regulatory, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution. It also represents the company in client engagements and industry discussions while aligning solutions with market opportunities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or energy/utilities.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and energy regulatory frameworks like Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) and Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills
