Key Responsibilities:
• Drive acquisition and development of strategic institutional accounts across NCR
• Build relationships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare networks, and key stakeholders
• Lead account negotiations, tenders, and business expansion initiatives
• Generate commercial insights through business analytics and market intelligence
• Support pricing optimization, forecasting, and commercial planning
• Develop dashboards and performance tracking tools to support strategic decisions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Analytics, Institutional Sales, or Commercial Planning
• Experience in Diagnostics, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharma, or FMCG preferred
• Proven experience managing strategic or institutional accounts
