Role Description The Key Accounts Associate - On-Prem is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati or cities nearby the applicant's residence, responsible for managing and growing key on-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. This role includes maintaining regular contact with assigned accounts, understanding their business needs, and presenting product offerings and promotions that align with their goals. The Key Accounts Associate will execute sales plans, monitor account performance, and ensure product visibility and availability in designated outlets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing a monthly coverage plan, conducting client visits, processing orders, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and deliveries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to build long-term relationships with key on-premise accounts.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present products, negotiate terms, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to review sales data, monitor account performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability in account management, including planning, execution, and follow-through on sales activities.
  • Previous experience in sales, key accounts, or the beverage, FMCG, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems) is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
