Role Description

The Key Account Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key healthcare accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, to achieve sales targets and strengthen brand presence. Daily activities include conducting client visits, presenting product information, negotiating contracts and pricing within company guidelines, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and orders. The specialist will monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to support account needs and resolve issues. The role also involves preparing regular reports, participating in product trainings and sales meetings, and upholding ethical sales practices aligned with the company's values.

Qualifications

  • Strong account management skills, including relationship building, key account planning, and retention strategies.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record in meeting or exceeding targets in pharmaceuticals or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex product information clearly to healthcare professionals.
  • Customer service orientation, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for informed decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative work, or healthcare account management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, travel within assigned territory, and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM tools is beneficial.
