The Assistant Manager for Key Accounts plays a crucial role in driving client retention and supporting revenue growth by managing renewals, analyzing proposals, and ensuring operational compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and ensures achievement of sales targets through effective retention strategies for existing accounts.
- Analyzes client portfolios and renewal data to support decision-making and facilitate account renewals.
- Analyzes and endorses client proposals to immediate superiors within approved pricing limits from Actuarial.
- Recommends pricing strategies, benefit packages, and other commercial terms to ensure successful account closures and renewals.
- Gathers and analyzes relevant data to prepare accurate client proposals based on inputs from Actuarial and Sales.
- Updates client presentation materials and related correspondences for endorsement and final review.
- Leads team compliance with system processes and supports the implementation of automation initiatives and department-level digital projects.
- Coordinates and participates in client meetings, presentations, and negotiationsespecially for sensitive or high-value accountsensuring professional and timely communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of solid experience in business development, account management, or corporate sales.
- Minimum of 2 years handling key accounts or enterprise-level clients, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or service industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
