Summary

Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination of client requirements, documentation, and operational alignment to achieve sales and service objectives in the logistics/express courier industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles in a logistics/courier environment preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office most especially MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of logistics, courier operations, and service workflows.
  • Knowledge of sales documentation, contract preparation, and client onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific terms, SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring, and delivery timelines.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Monitor, review, and update client records in the system.
  • Approval of new account following the guidelines set by the management.
  • Attending to regional admin concerns
  • Provide administrative assistance to department members and director
  • Other administrative task such as answering of email/calls, preparing and submitting reports, etc.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation.
  • Smooth coordination between Sales & Marketing and other departments.
  • Maintenance of organized and updated client records.
  • Compliance with company processes, policies, and service standards.
