We are looking for an experienced Key Account Data Analyst to support client accounts, sales coordination, and business reporting within the E-bike industry. This role focuses on account management, operational monitoring, and Excel-based reporting not IT or software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, concerns, and account updates
- Prepare sales, account, and operational reports using Excel
- Monitor account performance, sales activities, and client feedback
- Identify business opportunities and support account growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and client databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- At least 12 years of experience in account management, sales operations, or business analysis
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts

- Monday to Saturday work schedule
