Job Description

The Job

  • Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of Dmall SaaS retail solutions.
  • Identify customer business pain points and articulate how Dmall solutions can help resolve those challenges.
  • Collaborate with different teams to deliver desired results to clients.
  • Develop new business sales opportunities in new accounts.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.
  • Consult clients on their business operations or requirements based on knowledge of the Dmall product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the implementation team and product team on the implementation plan for the project.

The Person

  • Experience in business development on ERP solutions to retail customers
  • Knowledge in retail industry
  • Management of large and complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with client director/manager level
  • Experience in expanding business to the international market
  • Minimum of 10 years of working experience in business development or sales
  • Good understanding of Software/Systems/Database architecture
  • Ability to successfully close new business
  • Proven problem resolution, communication, planning, and execution skills
  • Business prospecting and presentation skills
