Develop new business accounts and expand existing accounts relationship to secure sales
Manage assigned Key Accounts and be responsible for achieving required objectives i.e. sales volume/value, credit terms, market shares, trade partnerships, etc.
Responsible for rendering quality account management and good account supervising, resulting in the achievement of sales objectives in prescribed territory/account.
Contacting/visiting existing accounts to strengthen rapport and for repeat business, arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Present product proposals to new and existing accounts.
Develop in store promotions that will move out products faster.
Monitor 100% service level (P.O. deliveries), sell-in, sell-out, and product promos including competitors activities
Submit weekly account reports and update to KAM
Develop and implement an effective coverage plan (itinerary) to ensure that all the territorys account is assigned appropriate call frequency.
College Graduate with a degree in business management, finance, marketing
1-2 years experience handling Modern Trade Accounts, Food category preferably frozen or dairy products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
Proven negotiation skills to handle pricing, terms, and business agreements effectively.
Sales and marketing experience, preferably in account management or related fields.
Solid industry knowledge, including market trends and competitive landscape.
