We are looking for a Key Accounts Partner who will handle the account management of the Digital In-Building Systems, Inc.s business development covering the property development sectors & infrastructure projects in the market by providing business model of the DIBS group to the target property developers & building owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities for the CDAS program and ICT solutions across target industries, including real estate, subways, airports, and ports
- Identify, engage, and secure relationships with key decision-makers within property development and infrastructure sectors
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts and strategic partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth
- Negotiate and finalize partnership and commercial agreements in compliance with the Business Unit's financial viability and profitability standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project execution and partner expectations
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, proposals, and client presentations for new business opportunities across NCR and provincial locations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including lead tracking, opportunity pipelines, and signed partnership records
- Conduct regular market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support business development strategies and decision-making
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in key account management, business development, or enterprise sales
- Proven experience with the CDAS Program and other DIBS Telecom Neutral Hosting Infrastructure solutions, particularly within the property development and building industry
- Willing to undertake nationwide sales activities, with flexibility to travel and accept assignments as required
