Responsibilities:
- Monitor branch-level performance across major national drugstores to eliminate zero-sale locations and ensure product availability.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the development of annual purchase order forecasts for key accounts.
- Establish and nurture high-trust relationships with branch personnel and account stakeholders to influence the decision-making process.
- Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new or expanded Sydenham product lines to existing retail partners.
- Regularly evaluate client requirements and present suitable products or company services to improve business outcomes.
- Analyze market conditions and competitor activity to provide feedback that helps the team maintain a competitive advantage.
- Keep accurate records of sales data, branch feedback, and medical data updates for regular reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong finance-related skills, including familiarity with financial statements and basic finance concepts.
- Proven analytical skills for interpreting account performance, sales data, and market information.
- Customer service capabilities focused on building long-term relationships and managing client concerns effectively.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG account management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Dasmariñas, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales reporting tools is beneficial.
