Key Account Officer - Davao

With our own homegrown brand, we supply retail giants nationwide - and we're looking for a results-drivenKey Account Officerto strengthen our presence inMondern trade Account, including Retail Store.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Negotiation

• Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning withbuyers or merchandising teamsof assigned modern trade accounts

• Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals

Sales Operations & Performance

• Drive and manage theoverall sales performanceof assigned accounts

• Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution

Team & Store Support

• Manage, train, and supportSales Associates / Sales Coordinatorsassigned to store locations

• Monitor and enforceplanogram implementation, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store

• Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness

Qualifications

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

✔ At least 1-2 years of experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, FMCG, or Retail

✔ Strong background in sales, negotiation, and account management

✔ Experience handling major retail accounts (e.g., SM) is an advantage

✔ Proficient in Excel, reporting, and data analysis

✔ Results-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills

✔ Willing to be assigned in Davao area
