Role Summary
Drive growth of key accounts by managing relationships, executing promotions, and delivering sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts (pharmacy chains, modern trade, distributors)
- Drive product listings, new product introductions, and SKU expansion
- Develop and execute joint business plans, promotions, and in-store activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales, financial performance, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) for execution
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and customer database updates
- Track competitor activity and provide market insights
- Achieve KPIs: revenue, profitability, service levels, and collection targets
- Manage credit and ensure timely payment collections
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years experience in Key Account Management
- Experience handling pharmacy chains, modern trade, or distributor accounts
- Background in FMCG or consumer health is an advantage
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Willing to handle multi-location accounts (CebuBohol)
