Role Summary

Drive growth of key accounts by managing relationships, executing promotions, and delivering sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts (pharmacy chains, modern trade, distributors)
  • Drive product listings, new product introductions, and SKU expansion
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, promotions, and in-store activities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitor sales, financial performance, and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, logistics) for execution
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and customer database updates
  • Track competitor activity and provide market insights
  • Achieve KPIs: revenue, profitability, service levels, and collection targets
  • Manage credit and ensure timely payment collections

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in Key Account Management
  • Experience handling pharmacy chains, modern trade, or distributor accounts
  • Background in FMCG or consumer health is an advantage
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Willing to handle multi-location accounts (CebuBohol)
