Role Description The Key Account Manager (Product Development) is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts while collaborating closely with product development teams to align platform capabilities with client needs. Day-to-day activities include building strong relationships with key decision-makers, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and translating business requirements into product features and enhancements. The Key Account Manager will prepare account plans, track performance metrics, coordinate solution proposals, and oversee implementation to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. This role also involves working with cross-functional teams in sales, support, and operations to identify new opportunities, optimize account profitability, and contribute to GoConnect's product roadmap.
Qualifications
  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with a track record of managing strategic clients and driving account growth.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and converting customer insights into actionable product and business recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, including developing account strategies, forecasting, and reporting on performance against targets.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to handle complex client needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Relevant experience in SaaS, asset management, facility management, or IoT-based solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in Makati and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
