Job Description

Key Accounts Manager, Philippines:

About the role:

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic customer accounts within your assigned territory. You will act as the voice of the customer, lead business growth initiatives, and ensure strong collaboration across internal teams to meet revenue targets and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Drive new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Drive customer satisfaction and engagement across all levels

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities aligned with company capabilities
  • Lead the sales process from opportunity generation to deal closure

Market Intelligence

  • Provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape

RFQ & Proposal Management

  • Lead RFQ processes, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely submission of competitive proposals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and other teams to deliver customer solutions

What We're Looking For:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing)
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or other related areas like account management, or business development
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage complex client relationships
  • Solid understanding of sales processes (EMS/PCBA knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
