KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Php25,000 Php35,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A person responsible for delivering sales to the top customers of the company. The position maintains these key relationships over time.

The KAM builds long-term and beneficial relationships with the clients.

The person acts as a strategic partner and advisor to the clients, identifying opportunities for collaborative work for mutual benefits.

The position regularly acts as the main point for all key client matters. The KAM anticipates the client's needs and ensures deadlines are met. Additionally, the position ensures that expectations are clear and properly delivered, aiding in the successful completion of projects.

The KAM also acquires new business from existing clients and develops business relationships with potential clients.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field;
  • Four to five years previous work experience in sales management, key account management, or relevant experience, preferably in a technical/engineering field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • More than average computer skills and with knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly strong in Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results in delivering results and meeting sales goals
  • Self-starting
