About the Role:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships between LG Electronics and its Consumer Electronics (CE) channel partners or dealers. This role focuses on driving mutual growth by identifying and creating continuous business opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales objectives, and delivering exceptional service to strengthen partnerships and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans and sales offers for dealers.
  • Secure purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and sell-out performance.
  • Maintain strong dealer relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (97105% accuracy) and year-end OI goals.
  • Secure strategic LG display locations and maintain market share in dealer stores.
  • Act as the main point of contact between LG Electronics and the dealer.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and required documentation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to dealer sales teams to ensure alignment with LG standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in key account management, sales, or dealer management (preferably in consumer electronics or FMCG).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with dealers.
