Job Summary
The Key Account Manager for E-Commerce is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels. This role oversees the online store, digital marketing strategies, product listings, customer experience, and sales performance to drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Store Management
Manage the company's e-commerce website and marketplaces.
Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized.
Monitor website functionality, user experience, and checkout process.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth
Develop strategies to increase online sales and conversion rates.
Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
Manage promotions, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns.
3. Digital Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with marketing teams, paid ads, social media, and email campaigns.
Plan and execute online marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
Track and report campaign performance.
4. Product & Inventory Management
Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain product availability.
Manage product uploads, descriptions, images, and categorization.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
Generate performance reports and insights for management.
6. Customer Experience
Improve the online shopping experience and customer journey.
Address customer feedback and optimize service processes.
7. Marketplace Management
Manage sales channels such as marketplaces and third-party platforms.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
2. 35 years of experience as Key Account Manager for e-commerce or online retail.
3. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
4. Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting.
5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
