Key Account Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage assigned key accounts (Modern Trade chains, wholesalers, distributors)
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers
3. Negotiate pricing, promotions, listings, and commercial terms
4. Ensure product availability and distribution
5. Achieving sales targets
6. Drive volume growth and new product listings
7. Identify promotional and visibility opportunities
8. Ensure proper in-store execution
9. Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, and finance teams
10. Monitor stock levels and resolve trade issues
11. Prepare forecasts and account plans
12. Track performance and submit reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. FMCG sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
2. Comfortable in store — you would rather count facings than sit at a desk
3. Confident with numbers — margins, sell-in and sell-out, promotion costing
4. Own transport and a valid licence; ready to travel your patch
5. Working knowledge of Excel and the discipline to report without chasing
6. Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any related field
7. Fresh Graduates Welcome: Degrees or diplomas in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration are encouraged to apply.
