Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

A is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic alignment of pricing, high-touch customer service, and the growth of in-house accounts. This position acts as the bridge between market procurement and client satisfaction, ensuring that the company's service delivery matches its commercial promises. The manager will drive initiatives to optimize commercial processes, enhance client relationships, and deliver sustained revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead coordination and relationship management of key in-house accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client satisfaction, retention, and growth, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to ensure alignment between service delivery and commercial agreements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals for major accounts, ensuring favorable commercial terms and minimizing risk.
  • Develop and execute strategic pricing models and policies that maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
  • Lead the analysis of commercial data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and potential risks.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the commercial strategy and the procurement function, translating market conditions into commercial offerings.
  • Manage and optimize the commercial process lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to realization.
  • Design and implement commercial training programs for internal teams
  • Act as the central communication point between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Procurement to ensure a unified approach to commercial commitments and client service.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on commercial performance, client health, and market dynamics to senior the top management.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven track in commercial management, customer service, or account management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
