Role
You will support treasury activities across multiple markets, working closely with business units, banking partners, and finance teams to ensure effective cash management, liquidity oversight, treasury reporting, banking operations, and treasury risk management activities. You will also contribute to process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance treasury performance and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Support cash flow forecasting activities, ensuring accurate and timely projections to support business decisions and liquidity planning.
- Monitor cash positions and liquidity across bank accounts to support effective treasury operations and working capital management.
- Analyze currency exposures and execute foreign exchange (FX) hedge transactions with banking partners in accordance with treasury policies and approved risk management strategies.
- Monitor hedge positions and support treasury reporting, compliance, and risk management activities.
- Coordinate the issuance, renewal, and administration of bank guarantees and related banking instruments.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with banking partners and support the resolution of banking-related matters.
- Prepare treasury reports, analyses, and management information to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Partner with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to resolve treasury-related issues and improve financial processes.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, control, and scalability.
- Contribute to treasury projects involving process improvement, banking connectivity, reporting enhancement, and treasury systems optimization.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Your Skills And Experiences
Required :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, banking, audit, treasury, or related functions.
- Experience in treasury operations, cash management, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, audit, banking operations, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet established deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience within a multinational company, shared services, business services, or knowledge center environment.
- Exposure to cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, FX activities, bank guarantees, treasury controls, or banking relationship management.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, treasury management systems, automation tools, or data analytics platforms.
- CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience participating in process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives.
