The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a CPA firm, bookkeeping, tax support, audit support, or accounting operations environment
- Previous experience supporting accountants, finance teams, or client deliverables
- Hands-on experience using Karbon is mandatory
- Experience using Ignition for proposals, billing, or client onboarding is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting firm workflows, recurring deadlines, compliance documents, and client deliverables
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based practice management tools
- Comfortable working onsite in Makati
- Must pass required background checks
Your Daily Tasks
- Oversee client workflows, deadlines, and task progress through Karbon
- Prepare engagement letters, proposals, and onboarding documents using Ignition
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance and operational coordination
- Serve as the main contact for client enquiries through phone and email
- Maintain accurate client databases, records, and document files
