The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a CPA firm, bookkeeping, tax support, audit support, or accounting operations environment
  • Previous experience supporting accountants, finance teams, or client deliverables
  • Hands-on experience using Karbon is mandatory
  • Experience using Ignition for proposals, billing, or client onboarding is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting firm workflows, recurring deadlines, compliance documents, and client deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based practice management tools
  • Comfortable working onsite in Makati
  • Must pass required background checks

Your Daily Tasks

  • Oversee client workflows, deadlines, and task progress through Karbon
  • Prepare engagement letters, proposals, and onboarding documents using Ignition
  • Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance and operational coordination
  • Serve as the main contact for client enquiries through phone and email
  • Maintain accurate client databases, records, and document files
