Junior Warranty Officer

The Jr.Warranty Officer ensures that the workshop evaluation meet the manufacturer's standard and provide customers with highest satisfaction; securing vehicles safety, quality and reliability.  

Responsibilities

• In charge of approval of warranty concerns

• Reports to Team Leader regarding workshop and handling of warranty concerns

• Authorized to explain warranty process in accordance with the manufacturer's policy and guidelines

• Authorized to file and process all warranty claims

• Approval of all PMS warranty claims and checking of requirements

• Access to warranty approval on system (ADOMS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Course or Bachelor's Degree in Business Course
• 0-1 year/s of experience in warranty processing or related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Basic understanding of automotive service processes.

• Familiarity with warranty claim processing software.

• Experience in working within dealership or service center environments.

• Problem-solving skills in resolving warranty claim issues.
