Tasks & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines
- Provide support to stakeholders throughout the end-to-end Know Your Business Partner process, ensuring smooth execution of tasks
- Assist in the monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with Boehringer Ingelheim's risk appetite and exposure guidelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various countries to ensure effective communication and task execution
- Manage task intake, prioritize, and track tasks using provided systems and tools
- Support the team in maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to process improvements
Our Future Employee
- University degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field
- We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well as candidates with relevant experience
- Strong customer focus and business partnering skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High learning agility and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in business English (minimum B2 level); Mandarin and/or Japanese language skills are a plus
- Eager to learn and grow within the field of Third-Party Risk Management
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Open to working in a Speak-Up culture, contributing ideas, and participating in process optimization initiatives
- Amenable to working night shifts and flexible with changing work schedules, as required
