Job Description

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in a technical or maritime environment (fresh graduates may be considered for some roles).

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills, and sharp analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings, parts catalogues, or engine manuals.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent technical issues
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to maritime technical standards.
