Junior Systems Analyst
We're looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who's eager to grow their skills in systems analysis, process improvement, and IT support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Preferably with experience in Non-Life Insurance
- Basic understanding of systems analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of SQL or basic scripting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and documenting business processes and systems requirements
- Support the identification of system issues and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
- Prepare reports and documentation for system enhancements
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of system updates
