Junior Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you'll join our team as an entry-level hire with hands-on experience building full-stack applications.

What You'll Own

• Build and maintain features across our React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/Express backend
• Implement secure authentication flows and protect sensitive endpoints
• Integrate with map-based (Leaflet) and third-party API data
• Handle file uploads, PDF/document generation, and automated email workflows
• Work with our database layer (Supabase, MS SQL) via Prisma ORM
• Collaborate on code reviews, debugging, and shipping production-ready code

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• 2+ years of professional or project-based experience building full-stack applications
• Familiarity with React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, Leaflet, Axios, React Context + JWT
• Backend: Node.js, Express, JWT + bcrypt, Multer, Puppeteer, or Nodemailer
• Data: Supabase, MS SQL, or Prisma ORM
• Working across the stack and picking up new tools quickly
• Strong communication and a collaborative mindset
