CTC BPO Inc is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining software applications that are used by our clients. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and receive mentorship to further enhance your skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements
- Design, develop, and test software applications using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Debug and resolve software defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications
- Participate in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software specifications and user manuals
- Keep up-to-date with emerging software development technologies and industry trends
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
