JUNIOR SKILLED SEWER/ MANANAHI
Salary: 12,000.00 13,000.00 (20 Days)
Employment Type: Permanent
Qualifications:
18 years old and above
High School Graduate or College Level
With at least 1-2 years experienced as SEWER
Key Responsibilities:
Sewing: Operating industrial sewing machines to create or alter clothing and other
textile products.
Operating Machines: Proficiently using various sewing machines, including single-
needle, high-speed, overlock, piping machines, edging and gartering
Following Instructions: Adhering to production requirements, design specifications,
and guidelines from supervisors or production leads.
Assist Quality Control: Ensuring all output meets quality standards and production
timelines
Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance and ensuring cleanliness of sewing
machines and work area.
Repairing and Altering: Fixing damaged garments and making adjustments to ensure
proper fit.
Skills and Qualifications:
Sewing Proficiency: Experience in hand and machine sewing, including knowledge of
different stitches and techniques.
Operating Sewing Machines: Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and
their operation.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow patterns and instructions precisely and maintain
high-quality standards.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve sewing issues and troubleshoot
machine malfunctions.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive
tasks.
Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate
effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
