Junior SEO Specialist

The Junior SEO Specialist plays a crucial role in driving client growth by enhancing digital visibility and optimizing online engagement. They provide strategic guidance to the Digital Marketing and Recruitment Heads of GH Premier, Grandison, and Towne Kids, ensuring data driven decisions that boost search visibility, website traffic, and conversions. Additionally, they assess business viability for digital improvements, recommending targeted strategies to increase audience engagement and maximize online performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns
• Execute SEO strategies and monitor site performance
• Set up tracking (GTM, GA4) and analyze data for insights

Requirements:

• Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console
• Strong analytical, copywriting, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with PPC experience
• Detail-oriented with good communication; SEO and social media knowledge is a plus
• Amenable to work full-time onsite in España, Manila
