Work Setup:

• Hybrid (3x onsite per week in Makati)
• Dayshift
• Fixed weekends off

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in software testing or test automation
• Hands-on experience with Java programming
• Experience using Selenium or Playwright for UI automation
• Strong understanding of API testing and REST services
• Experience writing SQL queries for data validation and backend testing
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines
• Understanding of defect management and test lifecycle processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work within established automation frameworks and testing standards
• Interest in learning and applying AI-assisted testing practices

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience testing Enterprise ERP platforms
• Exposure to ETL testing methodologies
• Financial services or banking domain experience
• Strong Playwright automation experience
• Exposure to AI testing tools or AI-enabled QA workflows

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end workflows
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using Java with Selenium or Playwright
• Perform API testing and validation using REST-based services
• Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation and testing support
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Participate in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and defect triage activities
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution and reporting
• Follow established automation framework standards, coding guidelines, and QA best practices
• Contribute to AI-assisted QA initiatives including:

1. AI-generated test case creation
2. Prompt-based test scenario design
3. Automation script reviews
4. AI-supported regression coverage and defect analysis
5. Assist with test planning, test documentation, and release validation activities
