Job Description

As a Junior SAP/WebI Developer, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions that support mission-critical reporting across global industries. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP BusinessObjects and Web Intelligence solutions, ensuring reports are reliable, optimized, and aligned with enterprise data standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an SAP Developer or BI Developer
• Strong hands-on expertise in Web Intelligence (WebI) report development
• Solid proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
• Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP BusinessObjects solutions to support enterprise reporting requirements
• Build, enhance, and troubleshoot Web Intelligence reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis tools
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
• Optimize SQL queries and improve report performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across BI layers
• Support migration, upgrades, and integration of SAP BO components
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with data architects, SAP functional teams, and business analysts to deliver high-quality BI solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
