About the Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting and maintaining our Salesforce platform and ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the business.
You will work closely with business, technology, and data teams to manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, support users, implement configuration changes, and contribute to platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
The role will have a strong focus on Salesforce administration, configuration, user support, data management, security, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration: Manage user access, security settings, profiles, and permissions. Monitor system performance, ensure platform stability, and manage sandbox environments and release cycles.
- Configuration & Automation: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes, dashboards, and reports. Leverage Salesforce Flows, DevOps tools, and automation to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- User Support & Enablement: Provide timely support to users across business functions. Deliver training and documentation to improve user capability and drive platform adoption.
- Data Management & Compliance: Maintain data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce systems. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage actionable reports and dashboards for key business insights.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with internal stakeholders, including business and data teams, to identify enhancement opportunities. Collaborate with external vendors to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. Act as a trusted advisor for best practices and innovation.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or higher) and proven experience supporting Salesforce in a mature or enterprise-level environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, sales processes, and the customer lifecycle within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), data management, and release management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Knowledge of financial services processes and data governance frameworks.
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts and integration between Salesforce and Snowflake for analytics, reporting, and data management.
