Job Title: Junior Sales Executive Diagnostics

Role Overview
The Junior Sales Executive will support the growth of the diagnostics business by assisting in sales forecasting, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves close coordination with senior sales leaders to execute strategies, maintain customer engagement, and contribute to achieving sales and market share goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting & Performance Support
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
KOL/KBL Management Support
Support the identification and engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Business Leaders (KBLs).
Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and business opportunities.
New Business Acquisition & Partnerships
Assist in exploring and onboarding new laboratory tie-ups, outsourcing opportunities, and community healthcare partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and proposal submissions.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication with doctors, community labs, and healthcare organizations.
Address client queries promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Execution & Coordination
Implement sales activities as per regional and organizational sales plans.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution of client agreements.
Negotiation & Business Development Support
Support senior team members during negotiations and contract discussions.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely closures.
Market Insights & Competitor Tracking
Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business decisions.
Share insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
13 years of experience in healthcare or diagnostics sales (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel within the region
