Junior Sales Engineer

PowerSource is looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to support sales and business development activities for electrical testing, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and engineering services.

The role involves developing customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, conducting initial technical assessments, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to address customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities
• Conduct customer visits and assist in technical assessments and site inspections
• Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations on project requirements and scope
• Maintain customer relationships and identify recurring service opportunities
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering course
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) is preferred
• Fresh graduates may be considered
• 0–2 years of experience in electrical sales, engineering services, maintenance, testing, construction, or industrial equipment
• Experience in switchgear, transformers, substations, or electrical testing is an advantage
• Basic understanding of electrical power systems and ability to read electrical drawings/single-line diagrams
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work in Makati City
• CAN START ASAP
