Advance Fasteners Inc. is the country's market-leading provider and authorized Philippine distributor of several brands of industrial fasteners and specialized hardware solutions for the metal manufacturing and fabrication industry, including PEMTM, AvdelTM, DirakTM, among many others. Our customers include major global and local manufacturers in the electronics, power, metal fabrication and other industries. Given the growth our business is experiencing, we are currently looking to have qualified and motivated individuals join our team in both Technical Sales and Operations/Admin roles. We are also open to discussing about opportunities for internships and/or OJTs for interested students. Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Work with the Senior Sales Engineer/Representative in managing customer accounts, primarily in the manufacturing and metal fabrication industries
2) Analyze customer design requirements, technical drawings and present solutions by demonstrating the features and benefits of specialized fastener and hardware
accessory products in various manufacturing applications
3) Generate revenues and meet sales targets for each customer and product group
4) Monitor the timely delivery of orders to customers and coordinate the resolution of any follow-up queries
5) Assist Operations and Management in anticipating and forecasting customer requirements
6) Follow-up on customer quotations and orders
7) Assist in the collection of receivables from customers whenever necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering candidates preferred, although other related disciplines may be considered)
• Good communication skills - verbal and written in English
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Prior work experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication would be an asset
• Possession of a driver's license will be a plus
