JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong client relationship management and business development skills
Willing to conduct field visits and assess project requirements and site conditions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate leads and new business opportunities through networking, calls, client visits, and referrals
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements for project-based solutions
Prepare RFQs, technical proposals, quotations, and concept designs based on client needs and site conditions
Coordinate with internal teams to provide engineering solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
