Overview
On behalf of a client, we are hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support a U.S.-based fintech operation. This role focuses on engaging small business owners who have expressed interest in financing and guiding them through the early stages of the application process.
This is a high-volume, conversion-focused sales role where success is measured by completed applications and document submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to inbound leads via phone, email, and text.
Educate prospects on financing options and application requirements.
Guide applicants through completing their loan application and submitting required documents.
Handle objections related to documentation, trust, and timelines.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive application completion.
Track all activities and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for conversions and submissions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion processes.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a call center environment.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience handling objections, especially around sensitive information.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of leads.
Self-motivated and disciplined in a fast-paced environment.
What Success Looks Like
30 days: Fully ramped on product knowledge and sales process.
60 days: Independently managing the pipeline and converting leads.
90 days: Consistently hitting targets and contributing to process improvements.
