We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer (UiPath) to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of automation solutions. This role is ideal for early‑career RPA professionals who are eager to grow their technical skills while working closely with experienced developers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• Develop, test, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Power Automate
• Support integration of automations with applications, APIs, and SharePoint
• Perform unit testing and assist with troubleshooting automation issues
• Maintain clear documentation including workflow designs and test cases
• Support deployment activities and post‑production fixes
• Collaborate with senior developers and participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions
  
  

Technical Requirements

Must Have

• Hands‑on experience with UiPath Studio and basic understanding of UiPath Orchestrator
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop)
• Basic understanding of exception handling, reusable components, and RPA best practices
• Exposure to OCR / Document Understanding tools is an advantage
• Understanding of SDLC or Agile delivery concepts
  
  

Nice to Have

• Basic programming skills (Python, C#, VB.NET, or VBS)
• Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, or Git
• Interest in AI, intelligent automation, or Power Platform capabilities
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA, automation, or software development
• Hands‑on experience developing workflows in UiPath
• UiPath Certification is an advantage but not required
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
• Good English communication skills and willingness to learn
