Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Provide high-level administrative support to business leaders by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Listen to live or recorded calls and accurately transcribe key discussion points for documentation and follow-up.
  • Prepare daily call lists, meeting agendas, and necessary materials to ensure all participants are informed and well-prepared.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and team members, managing adjustments or cancellations while accommodating all parties.
  • Prepare and submit reports on key metrics and performance indicators within established deadlines.
  • Organize, update, and maintain virtual files to ensure information remains structured, accessible, and up to date.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities, including managing email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other essential operational tasks.
  • Work independently with a proactive problem-solving approach while maintaining strong collaboration within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms such as Google Workspace and Zoom to support communication and workflow efficiency.
