Project Execution: Partner with business leads to execute research requests, either independently or under guidance
Methodology Application: Proficiently apply user research methodologies across different product stages (R&D/Ops); provide objective UX metrics and actionable improvement strategies.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor operational data and user feedback to track and drive continuous user experience enhancements.
Key Requirements:
Target Background(for reference): Top agencies (Nielsen, Kantar) or leading tech firms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) with profile in marketing researcher、consumer insight、UX researcher
Experience: 3 years.
Industry Fit: Candidates with betting/gaming experience or a strong interest in the industry are highly preferred.
Competencies: Proactive mindset, team player, and effective in cross-cultural environments.
