Location/Work Setup: Taguig City / Onsite

The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing institutional clients while actively developing new business opportunities. The RM serves as the primary point of contact for these clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions that encompass a wide range of banking products and services to help achieve the Bank's growth, profitability, and client satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in relationship management and business development
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and customer service with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
• Managed commercial or corporate clients
• Demonstrated ability to identify and secure business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, analyze complex challenges, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results.
