We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be a strategic partner to our leadership and hiring managers, responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment of complex, high-priority, and often specialized roles across [e.g., Engineering, Sales, Technical or Executive functions]. You will leverage your deep expertise to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, mentor junior team members, and elevate our overall recruitment practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, specialized, and leadership roles, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence, salary recommendations, and coaching on interview best practices.
- Negotiate complex compensation packages and close senior-level candidates.
- Expert Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to target passive candidates using creative methods beyond standard job boards (e.g., deep-dive networking, talent mapping, industry-specific channels).
- Build and maintain robust, long-term talent pipelines for recurring critical roles.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring diverse slates of candidates.
- Process Optimization & Leadership:
- Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Recruiters and Coordinators on sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and market trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition function, suggesting and implementing changes to processes, tools, and best practices.
- Accurately track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to drive data-informed decisions and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience:3-5+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within a specialized industry (e.g., Tech, Finance, Healthcare).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of successfully hiring for hard-to-fill, senior, or niche roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Senior Sales Leaders).
- Strategic Skills: Expert-level knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) management.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple office locations.
- Previous experience building or managing an in-house Talent Acquisition function.
