Junior Recruitment Specialist

IdeasUnlimited is a Global Support Services Provider. We have conducted over 4000 projects with more than 500 clients belonging to Retail, Telecommunication, IT, Automobile, Real Estate, Healthcare, Insurance, and many more industries.

We are currently looking for Junior Recruitment Specialists for our Polomolok, Panabo and Koronadal base call center sites. This is an ONSITE position with timely payment, long-term contracts, and a professional environment to grow and excel.

JOB DUTIES:

1) Screening and Interviewing candidates.

2) Create and post jobs on the relevant posting channels.

3) Develop rapport and guide the candidates through the recruitment process.

4) Updating ad maintaining the recruitment sheets and records.

5) Take care of the other recruitment related admin duties as assigned.

6) Take active part in the company meetings and contribute pro‐actively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in the English language.

2) Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Human Resource Management.

3) Must have 6 months experience, in HR, preferably in recruitment and selection.

4) Hands on experience with sourcing platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook etc. (preferred not mandatory).

5) Knowledge of call center and BPO terminologies, i.e. VOIP, Customer Support, Agent, QA, etc.

6) Must be proficient with Microsoft office, Canva and Google sheets.

7) Tech savvy, professional, smart, detail-oriented, and a team player.

AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULE: Full-time and Graveyard shift in the Philippines Time

COMPENSATION:

• Salary 16k to 17k pesos per month depending on experience and skill set.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Fresh graduates with educational background in HR are encouraged to apply!
• This is an ONSITE and not a REMOTE position. You will have to report to our Koronadal, Polomolok or Panabo site.
