  • Comfortable using online sourcing tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The contractor is expected to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT), with flexibility as required to support regional hiring activities and occasional coordination across different time zones.
  • This is a hybrid work arrangement. The contractor is expected to report onsite at least once per week and may be required to attend additional onsite meetings, team activities, or business-related engagements as needed. The contractor is also expected to maintain a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup when working offsite.
  • As an Independent Contractor, the successful candidate will be responsible for their own tax filings, government contributions, insurance, and statutory remittances, including but not limited to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
  • Contractors are not entitled to employee benefits provided to regular employees, including HMO coverage, paid leaves, holiday pay, 13th-month pay, and other statutory employee benefits.
