Junior Qualtrics Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Junior Qualtrics Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you won't just be building surveys-you'll be architecting Experience Management (XM) solutions that help our clients turn human sentiment into actionable data.
As a Junior Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You'll work closely with senior architects to design, build, and deploy sophisticated research projects using the Qualtrics XM Platform.
Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration: Build complex surveys using advanced logic (Branching, Pipelined Text, Display Logic) and manage the distribution process across multiple channels.

Requirement Gathering: Assist in workshops to understand client needs and translate them into functional technical specifications.
.
Data Management & Reporting: Design real-time CX/EX dashboards and Vocalize reports to ensure stakeholders can easily interpret their data.
.
Platform Integration: Support the integration of Qualtrics with third-party systems (like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Slack) using APIs and workflows.
.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure all survey flows and data triggers function perfectly before go-live.
.
Client Support: Provide troubleshooting and how-to guidance to end-users on platform features and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Psychology, IT, or a related field.
Technical Aptitude
Familiarity with SaaS platforms a tinkerer mindset with an interest in low-code/no-code solutions.
Analytical Skills
Basic understanding of research methodology and data analysis (e.g., NPS, CSAT, or T-Tests).
Communication
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and with empathy.
Web Basics
Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a massive plus (for survey styling and custom functionality).
