As Junior Project Manager, you are on your way to becoming a full-fledged Project Manager. You shall assist the Project Managers and help the team with their day-to-day tasks. You will be depended on for your knowledge and experience in the Project Management Team's workflow.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle more complicated projects, tasks setup, and deployment (batch projects, multiple revisions, and the like).
- Keep track of developments, exchanges in communication, and remaining budgets of projects you are handling.
- Provide assistance to all staff involved in assigned projects to ensure project success and on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve conflicts and issues through operational risk management.
- Handle minor client escalations to ensure retention, and more complicated projects, task setups*, and deployments* (batch projects, multiple revisions, and the like).
- Assist with the definition of and performance targets of project scope, objectives, checkpoints, and budget.
- Work with the Sales team to confirm client qualifications, requests, and rates.
- Manage resource availability to avoid under/over-allocation.
- Facilitate the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress against key milestones.
- Work closely with the Art Directors to delegate and assign projects to designers based on current workload and designer expertise and skills.
- Collaborate with the design team and Art Directors to ensure that designers have the materials necessary to successfully complete the project.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years of business or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and objection handling skills.
- Experience working with European or North American clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standard tools is a plusGmail, Google Workspace (G Suite), Microsoft Suite, and Jira.
- Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
