Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager / PMO to help drive project delivery across IT and business initiatives. You'll work closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly - on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables
Support project planning, reporting, and governance processes
Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures

What We're Looking For:

Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
4–6 years of IT experience, including 2–3 in project coordination or PMO roles
Strong understanding of project management tools and methods
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in the Financial or Banking sector is a plus
