Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
  • Prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, status reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support in resource allocation and logistics planning.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., staffing plan, progress plan).
  • Ensure project documentation is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Attend project meetings and support in follow-up actions.
Your Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field.
  • 12 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
